February 2022
As we didn't meet in January this is our first meeting for year 2022. We held our AGM although not a lot has happened since November when we held our delayed 2020 AGM due to the various covid restrictions. 

​After the short business meeting our own Andrew Walker gave a talk and powerpoint slide presentation of his earlier visits to two American gardens.

October 2021
This was the Club's first in-house meeting since March 2020 although some had met during August and September for garden visits.

Some 30 people attended and after a short AGM (which had been postponed because of the Pandemic) Aleck Harrison gave an interesting and amusing talk on "Plant Names and Naming Them".

March 2020

We welcomed Timothy Walker who came and spoke to us on the topic "The Healing Power of Plants" explaining how plant are used daily by all of us to relieve pain and heal wounds and cure diseases - little did we know just how appropriate was this talk as the country went into lockdown a week later due to the global pandemic of Covid19!
